Tomorrow will be the one-year anniversary of Elliott Smith's suicide. Epitaph, oddly enough, is the label plucked to release the album he was recording up to the time of his death.

Elliot Smith is the man, was the man, whatever. Checked out the posthumous album, which offers the full range off Smith's sounds, from angsty acoustic emo-boy to angsty electronic emo-man. I'm sad he's dead. I would've liked to hang out, grab a burger, you know. Satisfied with IABOTH - I'm sure he would have been too.
