Nemo Music Festival

I found this through Wired magazine, so apparently this Festival-slash-"Conference" in Boston will be as much about listening to bands as about twiddling knobs of the newest gear. Signed up so far are the Black Keys, Gavin DeGraw and Keane, and I'm sure more will follow.
